Responsibilities:
To represent the company and to be directly involved in bidding and contract negotiations with clients;
To review and to analyse bidding and contractual documentation with a focus on the contract Terms and conditions;
To assess business/contractual risks, to produce and submit risk analysis in order to inform and seek appropriate approval from corporate and board levels before bid submission and contract execution;
During bid preparation: working with functioning discipline areas as the key point of contact regarding contractual provisions;
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree or plus in Legal, familiar with civil and commercial law;
Over 5 years’ experience in the same role
Experience in Construction Industry and familiar with project execution are preferred.
Fluent in English.
Good communication skills
Can work under pressure
