Responsibilities 主要職責:
1) Collect and analyze related information in assigned area, including clients, market and channels. Make annual sales plan of concerned area for individual sales person accordingly.
收集和分析所負責區域的銷(xiāo)售信息,包括用戶(hù)、市場(chǎng)和渠道等信息。制定負責區域個(gè)人年度銷(xiāo)售計劃。
2) Fulfill the sales target of concerned area, negotiating with clients and agents, following up project and quotation, working on sales contract and collecting payment.
完成負責區域的銷(xiāo)售目標。負責與直接客戶(hù)和代理商的談判,項目的跟蹤和報價(jià),擬定銷(xiāo)售合同,協(xié)調銷(xiāo)售合同的履行及款項回收。
3) Search for partner, develop and manage channel, keep good relationship with PSB and direct clients in assigned area.
尋找合作伙伴,進(jìn)行區域市場(chǎng)代理商開(kāi)發(fā)與維護,并與電氣系統的直接用戶(hù)保持良好的關(guān)系。
4) Develop market in assigned area, assist in new product launching. Giving suggestion according to character of assigned area, collect evaluation information.
負責銷(xiāo)售區域市場(chǎng)的推廣并協(xié)助新產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)推廣。針對所負責銷(xiāo)售區域的特點(diǎn)提出建議,并進(jìn)行評估數據的收集。
5) Participate in after sales service, including coordinating exchange with agents, analyzing quality problem, training clients.
參與售后服務(wù),包括參與協(xié)調代理商退換貨,參與質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的分析, 對客戶(hù)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單技術(shù)培訓。
Education Qualification教育背景
1) Bachelor degree or above, major in Electric Engineering, WIN or PV related field.
本科以上學(xué)歷,電氣或機電, 或風(fēng)電等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。
2) Major in engineering related field.
其他工科專(zhuān)業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。
Job Requirements能力要求:
1) English language; 熟練的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě),能獨立與國外客戶(hù)交流;
2) Experience of at least 3-5 years in the WIND market (manufacturer, contractor, installation….)
3-5年或以上的風(fēng)電相關(guān)行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗或背景;
3) Understanding of international business (most of the key players work in a global environment)
良好的溝通理解能力,能適應英文的工作環(huán)境或與外籍同事及客戶(hù)的合作。
