Scope and Responsibilities：崗位職責
Manage shift team to work in accordance with HSE requirements, Lead one production shift to execute the shift production plan
管理運行值日常工作，遵守相關(guān)HSE規定要求，帶領(lǐng)一個(gè)運行值完成該值生產(chǎn)計劃；
Manage shift team to operate according to production SOP
根據SOP生產(chǎn)流程，管理運行值正常運行；
To conduct the start / shutdown of boiler and emergency operation process, enable the plant operate normally.
負責執行鍋爐啟動(dòng)、關(guān)閉和應急操作程序，確保工廠(chǎng)正常運轉；
Good communication with day team, maintenance and warehouse, and treat the problem together
負責與日班組、維護人員及倉管人員溝通，一起協(xié)調處理問(wèn)題；
Co-ordination of communication between lab and production shift
在實(shí)驗室和生產(chǎn)操作組間協(xié)調溝通；
Initiate the measures against process disorder, product quality problem, technical malfunction or any other irregular occurrence. On-shift trouble-shooting
在生產(chǎn)工藝失調、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量出現問(wèn)題、技術(shù)故障或其他非正常情況下采取措施，當值解決問(wèn)題；
Responsible for checking in-house inventory and coordinating raw material logistics
負責進(jìn)庫物資清點(diǎn)記錄，協(xié)調原料流通分配；
Complete shift book and ensure that plant handover to the successor shifts well.
完成輪班排班表，保證輪班交接工作順利進(jìn)行；
Train the operator about the process and the operation regularly
定期給操作員進(jìn)行關(guān)于操作和流程的培訓；
Take charge of the whole plant during non-daily working hours
在非日班工作時(shí)間，負責全廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)。
Experience：崗位經(jīng)歷要求：
With 3 years’ operating experience in incineration plant, cogeneration plant, steel mills or electric arc furnace.
在焚燒廠(chǎng)，熱電站，冶煉廠(chǎng)或電弧爐等三年工作經(jīng)驗；
With A-class boiler operating license. 具備一級鍋爐操作從業(yè)資格證
With license related to first pressure vessels.
具備一級壓力設備相關(guān)的從業(yè)資格證
Education：教育背景
Bachelor: major in technology/environment engineering
學(xué)士學(xué)位：電氣或環(huán)境工程專(zhuān)業(yè)
Working Skills:工作技能
Good computer skills; Basic English.
精通計算機；基本的英語(yǔ)溝通能力
